Don't Be Scared! (Friday Feelings)

 

#fridayfeelings – my, my, my… that’s a dry spell!

 So, as I have mentioned in previous posts, I have not written any fiction writing since 2019.  I am still feeling some type of way about it, but I am at peace with where I am with my writing.  With all that being said, this has been some dry spell for me.  I am craving a fiction writing fix.  But, I am scared to make any plans to write.  That is so oxymoronic to me… I want to write, but I am scared.

It has been said that FEAR is an acronym for FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL.  I have got to get out of my head and get to writing.  I do know that once I start writing, that fear will go away.

As Brian Tracy says… ““The hardest part of any important task is getting started on it in the first place. Once you actually begin work on a valuable task, you seem to be naturally motivated to continue.”
