Day 27: Matthew 5:16

 

Lord,

Matthew 5:16 reminds me to "Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

I pray that my light shines through the words that I write in my novels and other writings.  I pray that my writings show Your good works and glorify You.

Lord, You have given me this gift. I am called to use it to edify the body. Remind me to be gracious to myself and my failures, so that I may do just that.
