As I have received the gift of writing, I pray that I use it to serve others, as a good steward of these precious gifts and abilities that You have given me: whenever I write, as one who speaks of God; whenever I write, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—I pray that in everything I write, You may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To You belongs all glory and dominion as I use my gifts and abilities for You.
Lord, You have given me this gift. I am called to use it to glorify You and edify the body. Remind me to be gracious to myself and my failures, so that I may do just that.
