Lord,
Let every word that comes from my pen or computer reflect You. Even if I have to write about negative or immoral things, let the way I write them reflect Your love, grace, peace, holiness, and compassion. Let my words be effective, life-changing, convicting, loving, helpful, and graceful just as You are.
Let my attitude reflect Your attitude as I write. Let my compassion for my craft reflect Your compassion for me. Let my work ethic and habits reflect Your excellence. I am a vessel for Your service, please let me be a vessel that reflects You.
Lord, You have given me this gift. I am called to use it to glorify You and edify the body. Help me reflect You, so that I may do just that.
