Lord,
Proverbs 22:29 reminds me that if I do my job well, I will stand before important people and not before obscure people.
Help me to write well. Give me the right words to say, how to say them, and when to use them in my writing.
Let me write in excellence, revise with brilliance, edit with intention, rewrite with greatness, publish with accomplishment.
Let the words of my pen and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight so that I may write skillfully and be presented to important people.
Lord, You have given me this gift. I am called to use it to glorify You and edify the body. Help me be skilled at writing so that I can be placed in front of important people and glorify You.
