This year 31 Day Writing Affirmation Challenge has encouraged and inspired me.
Remember... as the article entitled, “The Importance of Affirmations” on the YMCA of Sydney Youth and Community Services Incorporated website, it says…
"For Affirmations to truly work, you need to repeat the affirmation daily, and truly believe in the words you are saying."
